Released Projects
Germinate
Germinate is a 2D Platformer that follows a young plant named Sprig on his journey to heal the land around him and reunite with his siblings.
Contributions:
QA Tester. Played this game every day to find new bugs & areas to polish. This role received very positive remarks from my team.
Narrative Design. I adapted the original pitch narrative into what it is today. All dialogue is written by me, and the lore of the game was refined thanks to myself and our producer, Victoria Croteau.
Level Design. Made several Metroidvania-style paper maps for this game. The final level, Underboulder Cave, was made almost entirely by me. I helped with the first two levels as well.
Loop, Line, and Sinker
Loop, Line, and Sinker is a fish-catching simulator made for the GMTK Game Jam.
Contributions:
Lead Designer. Worked on the documentation, trying to bring our initial concept to its fullest potential.
Production. Helped to keep a team of 7 people on task, making sure we were all enjoying our time and not overscoping.
Donut Drop Delivery
Donut Drop Delivery is a rail shooter game made for the itch.io Mini Jam.
Contributions:
Level Designer. Designed the flow of the entire game from start to finish.
UI Design, such as health & menus.
Programming, such as UI, health, and the plane enemy.
The Tumbling Tower
The Tumbling Tower is a 3D Platformer with heavy inspiration from the Super Monkey Ball series. With controller support, this minimalistic game will both entertain and infuriate you. You can shrink and grow yourself in order to manipulate your movement better.
Musicball
Musicball is a pinball prototype that I made with hopes of turning it into a hi-score rhythm game in the future. A lot of time went into refining this game and making sure it had the basic features I wanted (Score multiplier, replayability, bumpers, tunnel, etc.). It uses Famitracker for the project’s music.
In-Spectre
In-Spectre is a hi-score game made for GGJ 2021.
Contributions:
Producer, made the original concept & led other team members into their roles under limited resources.
Programmer, helped with scene transitions, score, and menu navigation. Also toyed around with raycasting for the mouse interactions in this project.
UI Design, specifically how each aspect of the game would be presented to the player.
Day Dream
Day Dream is a Multiplayer Exploration Game released for the Fitchburg State Fall Game Jam. Connect with other players, or start a single-player campaign, to retrieve all artifact pieces and get your wish!
Contributions:
Narrative Designer, came up with the idea of the artifacts, wishes, island design & motivations behind each character.
Level Designer, made the entire map and played through it to make sure it flowed nicely.
